1st Horse Show!

Hopefully I get to go to my very first show on March 28th! I have an 18 year old Tennessee Walker that I've had for 8 years. We've never shown because of lack of money. Well I've got a new job and can finally afford to go! This first show is just a local show but I'm still excited. Unfortunately I have to work that day, so SOMEBODY has to switch me days at work so I can go! Strong thoughts of calling off sick keep sneaking up in my mind. I want to show in western and english pleasure, although we probably won't win. My mare doesn't like to trot, she paces. I don't know if the judges will ribbon us for that one. Oh well we shall see. This is my first blog. I'm starting school and a few of the articles we are required to read included blogging and I wanted to see what this was all about. Well I'm going to end this here because it's 2am and I'm tired. TTFN!
